We have a few user that are now getting the access denied when trying to view their own ticket. We are using SSO and for them every thing seem to work just fine until they switch to windows 10.

I know it's vague but that all I find that is different from the way it was before. There was no change within the active directory no password change or anything it just work fine and then stop and start giving the Access denied error.

Any suggestion as i'm at lost here.

We are using OST 1.9 with PHP 5.6 on server 2008 R2

We use windows 10 and dont have a problem with authentication.
We also aren't running a very outdated version of osTicket though either.
I would recommend that you update osTicket.

One thing I forget to mention is that these individual did their initial Sign In using windows 7 and as long as they were on windows 7 it work just fine the seem issue seem to have happened after they switch to Windows 10.

We are in the planning phase to upgrade this summer but we are still a few month away from that in the mean time they cannot access their ticket.

osTicket doesnt care what os a user is using. It doesn't store that information anywhere. It doesn't talk to their OS at all. It talks to their web browser. Since Win7/8 is IE (by default) and Win10 is Edge... I would think that perhaps you have a problem with Edge (or its configuration). And I do not feel that it would allow them access to some tickets and not others.
