Message breaks due to smiley

Hi, I am using OSTicket v1.10.1 and facing one issue. I received incomplete message in the ticket if someone use smiley in their message. For example:

"I need help with the password (smiley). Please send to me instructions."

I am getting only first part of the message in the ticket before the smiley and nothing after that. How to fix it?
