osTicket Version v1.11 (d4e240b) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.25 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.3.13
PHP Version 7.2.5-1+0~20180505045740.21+stretch~1.gbpca2fa6
Using Browsers Chrome & Firefox.
We are finding that if you go into Users - Organisations - <Org Name> - Notes - and edit a note, when the note box flicks over to the HTML text editor, we are not seeing any kind of save / save changes/cancel button at the bottom of the editor.
Could Anyone please advise what we may need to do to make this button visible?
