When we are in a ticket and we want to see the other open tickets of a customer - ALL tickets are displayed instead of the filter.

The above link will open ALL tickets - but seems like we are passing a filter.
I am unable to replicate this in my production environments.
Yup that's what I did. I only got the one open ticket my user has.
This is also on a new clean install. You simply cannot filter by the customer ticket from that screen. Double checked.
