Hi Guys,
Since the upgrade to v1.11 seeing an odd issue. Sometimes and end user replies to an support message agents receive two emails - one saying new message (this is as it should be) and a second saying there is (incorrectly) a new ticket - the link in this new ticket email either points to the wrong ticket or says "Access denied. Contact admin if you believe this is in error" inside scp..
Any ideas please.
