[resolved] Authentication links

Hi Guys,

Looking for a link to include when emails are sent to end users which opens the entire ticket thread so they can quickly see what it refers to, I have tried

%{recipient.ticket_link}

%%7Brecipient.ticket_link%7D (not sure where I got this from)

But neither seem to work, end users are presented with a logon page....

Please close this - I have worked out the issue.
My old installation/server had fired up and was also collecting tickets. DOH!

The default link send them to the UI... and lets them see the whole thread.

All sorted. Someone had fired up my old installation and I had both instances collecting from the same mailbox! Thanks.
