After setting up the LDAP-plugin, our users can succesfully use their AD credentials to log on to osTicket.
I have configured a actual routable domain (not .local or .corp, and so on), let's say company.nl. Our AD uses the same domain.

Now back to my problem: after a users logs on, their e-mail is shown as: "@localhost" (see screenshot).
It would be nice to retreive the user's e-mail from AD. Is this possible? I also attached a screenshot with the configured settings.

I hope you understand my problem.

Environment details?
Version of osTicket?
Version of LDAP plugin?
PHP or [unknown] webserver logs?

Hi ntozier, thanks for the reply. I haven't changed the settings since this post but as of today everything was working as intended. Maybe it needed some time. Problem solved for now :-)
