I recently upgraded my osTicket installation to v1.11. When printing a ticket, the directory /tmp/ttfontdata/ is created and repeatedly being marked as a suspicious file by lfd. I can't vouch for the creation of the directory, but I know I never received these alerts in previous versions of osTicket. We also have a custom logo branded on our pages that is no longer appearing on our printouts. It just displays a boxed, red "x" as if it's broken link. Are both of these expected behavior in v1.11. Are there any suggestions or a fix I can apply? I don't see any errors being generated. Thanks!

IFD... International Furniture Direct? Sorry no idea what IFD means.

Sounds like the image is too big. What are the dimensions of the logo?

My appologies LDF (Login Failure Daemon). It's part of ConfigServer Security & Firewall that's bundled with cPanel.

The current banner is 817px x 170px (appears to still be the current recommendation) and is displayed properly elsewhere. It also appeared in PDFs under version 1.10. Thanks for the quick reply!

This is going to sound odd, but can you resize it to be 1 pixel smaller in both dimensions and try it and see if it works?

Just tried dropping it by 1px H & V, no change.

I have the same fault, the logo does not appear when the ticket is printed.
my logo is 413 x 160 pixel.
any solution ??

Edit: replace the "stock" logos: ost-logo.png, logo.png and print-logo.png.
now it prints correct.

Someone should probably say that on the issue report then. (if they haven't already)
