Hi,
I wanted to add some columns to the ticket list in agents panel, so I read the guide and I saw that I had to search for Admin Panel -> Settings - Tickets and Queue option but strangely there is no "queue" tab.
Where am I Wrong?
We are talking of a 1.10.4 OsTicket, italian version installed onto Windows Server 2016 (XAMPP - PHP 5.6 - Apache 2.4 - Mysql).
