Hello dear osticket users ! ?
I've been happily using the software for our agency for the last five years.
We're currently using Osticket is v.1.10.4 with php 7.0.33
This morning, I wanted to put a "workflow" in place to attach a "todo list" to specific tickets.
I figured out that a proper ticket filter with an internal note would do the trick.
But to my surprise, the internal note is not added to the ticket (trigger works fine though as ticket goes to the correct department ).

Am I missing something ?
Do you have any other suggestion to implement this ? (seems tasks could do the trick but I couldn't find a solution to create and attribute them automagically).
