Hello!
We have installed the new version of OsTicket (v1.11) on our server. We had an old database, so we triggered update database from OsTicket. Everything has gone fine, except from one thing. The tickets do not have "Post Reply" tab on them, they just have "Post Internal Note". I searched in the settings, but couldn't find anything that fixes it. Does anybody know any possible fix?
