Fail instalation Osticket 1.11

In days past i can´t instalation osticket 1.11 in my virtual machine. The specification is CentOS 7 with 2Gb in Ram and virtual disk dinamic php version 5.6.40 MySQL 5.0.11 Apache 2.4.6
The steps for instalation:
yum makecache
yum install unzip
cd /tmp/
wget https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases/download/v1.11/osTicket-v1.11.zip
unzip osTicket-v1.11.zip
mv /tmp/upload /var/www/html/support
chown apache: -R /var/www/html/support
cd /var/www/html/support/
cp include/ost-sampleconfig.php include/ost-config.php
chmod 0666 include/ost-config.php
chcon -R -t httpd_sys_content_t /var/www/html/vtigercrm
chcon -R -t httpd_sys_rw_content_t /var/www/html/vtigercrm
mysql -u root -p
CREATE DATABASE osticket_db;
CREATE USER 'osticket_user'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY '0st1ck3t';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES on osticket_db.* TO 'osticket_user'@'localhost' ;
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
quit
yum install php-imap
sudo yum install --disableexcludes=all php-imap
systemctl restart httpd
miip/support/setup/install.php

Answer your question is:
1- The download is official from the web site of osticket
2-Yes, i change the user and password for my DB
3-At the moment to access in the page stay in white
4-Yes, i edit the apache config in the folder and the site with write in the command line [chown -R apache:apache /var/www/html/*]
5-In the command line [> dakeledh cp include/ost-sampleconfig.php include/ost-config.php] edit and remplacemend this archive
6- In the logs php and apache this is the information [Wed Feb 27 10:29:41.860494 2019] [php7:error] [pid 3919] PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class Error, because the name is already in use $n use in /var/www/html/support/include/class.error.php on line 43
with the version of php 5.4.1 is not posible with same error
In this moment i work with the version 1.9.9 buth is not posible send mensage at the moment to create a ticket because i like install this new version.

Yes, how install this version because is not posible acces at the setup page for finish this instalation

You should really download from the official release site. http://osticket.com/download

You should change your username and password to your DB if you actually used those [since you just posted them to an open forum].

What happens with you try to access the site?

Did you edit your apache config to serve the site / folder?

Did you edit your ost-config.php after renaming the sample?

Did you check your PHP error log?

Did you check your Apache error log?

Really? Because the instructions that you posted in your thread clearly show you getting the files from github.

So you are saying that you get a white page with nothing on it?

That error was one that people encountered when they were running PHP 7 with a version of osTicket before the latest release 1.11.

I find your thread confusing and all over the place. Lets's start over.

Please post a screen shot of what you are seeing.
Please confirm the versions of osticket, version of php, the webserver and version.
Also are you running SELinux?

At the momento to download this version in the web site send to other site for the download

Looking the log_error my problem is with php 7.x because i try install other version of osticket with php 7.x and all stay in nothing, i try with the version osticket 1.11-rc1 with php 5.6 and this version work perfectly the only error is the moment to send the messenge at moment to create a new ticket. I work with this version and try to correct this error.

In the firewall add the port 465/tcp and http, https ports in my e-mail i enable the option access imap

The error message saying Permission denied, make sure your user name/password are correct
