Hello support i have tried to set up osticket to send emails to agents with topics assignet to so that they can be aware when they have a ticket.So i have this error i have attached.

osticket version v1.10.5
web server apache
OS Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
I have configured SMTP with ssl
port:465
host:ssl://smpt.gmail.com

    leqela
    change your hostname from host:ssl://smpt.gmail.com to host:smtp.gmail.com
    that should work, you might have to use the port 587

      I have managed to solve it.The problem was that i didn't allow less app to access my gmail account.the account is used as the system email account that will send notifications to users.After allow non google apps to access my gmail everything worked fine.Thank you for your advice
