Hello I have an issue with multiple tickets being created by a single email sent to helpdesk. The ticket request sometimes create 2 to 4 but mostly 2 tickets in the q all at once. To reduce the occurence I set the fetcher to move fetched emails to folder but I was still getting many doubled up tickets so I then set it to delete emails and now I am getting fewer but the problem persists. In version 1.10.4 I did not have this problem and the fetcher was set to "do nothing" with emails in the original inbox, nonetheless, I had more fetch errors in the system logs.
