Tickets:

When displaying the entire list of closed tickets:

the 'ost_ticket' table contains 43 entries

@yaigor

The Closed queue is correct as it shows 25 of 38 and shows two pages. This is expected.

The queue in the top screenshot on the other-hand is not accurate as it shows no tickets but shows a count.

I will try to replicate this but I need more info. What exactly is the queue on the top (Open, Open/Answered, Custom Queue)? Do you have the "Limit access to only assigned tickets" setting enabled? Do you have access to all departments in the helpdesk or just some? If only access to some, how many of the tickets in that queue belong to the departments you have access to?

Cheers.

    Yes, the queue 'Closed' is normal. All these queues (Opened) are empty. Restrictions are not set, access is full, the situation appears for the admin role.

    I am seeing the same exact thing that yaigor describes. Mine is a fresh 1.11 install and my server config is almost identical to his.

    In the above example, I just clicking around trying to repeat it. In this instance, I clicked on My Tickets-->Assigned to Teams (0 tickets there btw)

    It seems that it happens when you click on a link in the menu bar where there are 0/zero tickets.

    I've seen cases where there were more than 10 pages showing up, yet 0 tickets. Can't repeat that right now.

    I have some more data for you today regarding the wrong pagination issue. This time when searching. 2 screen caps attached: 1 with no results and the other with 2 results; yet, both show "1-25 of about 500"
