I want to implement a chat/chatbot service on my osTicket service and I need a recommendation about some open source platform which could be easily implemented and tied to osTicket.
It's good to open a ticket via chat and if someone from the administration isn't online, the client should be able to chat with a predefined bot or something like that.
Tried livehelperchat but cannot implement the chatterbot plugin Does anyone succeed with this one?
I need something similar?
