Deleted "osTicket Support" Organization; White screen of Death from all pages

I was setting up a new 1.11 site. Cleaning out what I thought was sample data and deleted "osTicket Support" Organization, which was the only organization defined. Now, there is zero output from any page; client or backend.

How can I recover from this so I don't have to start over?

osTicket Version v1.11 (7b1eee8)
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 10.1.38
PHP Version 7.2.15

I inserted the deleted record into ost_organization by looking at the data from another site.

Maybe this should be reported as a bug? Deleting a record from a database shouldn't make the system inoperable. At very least, the system should prevent it and alert the user that at least one Organization must be defined.
