Hi,
since upgrade to latest version 1.11 we noticed that some closed tickets are still shown in bold.
I firstly thought it could be related to conditions like if they were closed with an answer or not but it doesn't look like this.

These are "Server Information":
osTicket Version v1.11 (d4e240b) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 5.6.40
PHP Version 7.2.15

Does anybody knows relation between bold or not for closed tickets and if it's changed in latest release?

They were closed with out a response to the User (client). i.e the the User was the last one to send a communication.

As a side note I've been trying to figure out a way to override that because if it shows up as bold it looks messy to me. ?

I would like to know this myself.

Sometimes the client will send through a job that does not need a response to the client.
You add your internal notes on the job and close the ticket.

If you have come across a way to not make them bold that would be nice to know.
