After migrate to v.1.11 OsTicket created a new ticket with tittle osTicket Upgraded, that's ok! But the problem is that now I cannot do anything with this ticket. It's permanent now, cannot chance status, cannot delete! How to solve this pls?

Is there an error in your php error logs or browser console or displayed on the apge?
