Hi,
i just "upgraded" to version 1.11.x from 1.10.x and also moved everything to a new server.
Creating Tickets and answering them works totaly fine, but fetching emails works that emails are fetched and deleted in the email account, but they are not showing up in osticket....
Any Idea why? Maybe it has to do with PHP 7.2 which we are running?

Here is the configuration:

Server Information
osTicket Version v1.11 (d4e240b) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.25 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.1.37
PHP Version 7.2.15-1+0~20190209065123.16+stretch~1.gbp3ad8c0

Thanks for your reply, yes, i noticed that I am not alone with this problem ?
Hope the problem gets found soon since now we had to continue using the old 1.10 version.

Also having the same issue here, glad I'm not alone! Status_id=0.

I'm having this issue as well. Looks like it's been occurring since I updated to version 1.11. Does anyone have a resolution?
