When I try to log in as an agent, I can not log in using the "Logon" button. However, when I click on the company logo, the login works.

Plugins installed?

Suffice it to say that I cannot replicate the issue that you have posted.
ntozier just have the "Attachments on the filesystem" plugin.
You can close this thread, the bug has not happened again.
was this an upgrade? maybe it was your cache.
It may have been the cache. I just know it was not working and then it worked again.
