Has anyone made a plugin or otherwise modified osTicket to give it the feature of being able to snooze a ticket so it automatically opens on a specific date? While the ticket has the status of 'snoozed', it would not appear on any reports showing 'open' or 'resolved' tickets, as 'snoozed' would be a distinct status in its own right.

I'm not aware of a plugin that was made to do something like that.
