Plugins not showing

I am using OS Ticket v1.11.0-rc1 (e321982) and i deployed it on CPanel and trying to add the ldap plugin but its not showing in the plugins section in Osticket. i placed them in the directory/include/plugins but still its not showing up. Kindly please help me resolve this issue.

1.11-rc1 is a Release Candidate aka beta software. Please upgrade to 1.11.0 (released the other day) and retest.

After you do that, you upload the plugin.phar to /includes/plugins.
Navigate to Admin panel -> Manage -> Plugins
Click Add New Plugin.
Select the pluugin from the list.
