Good day! I customized the new ticket auto response email template. everything was fine aside from the date. It appears in ticket details correctly but in the email sent was not. How can I fix this? Please help thanks.

Environment details? Version of osTicket? Steps to replicate issue? Sorry I'm not real sure what you are trying to ask. Perhaps a screen shot or two would clarify things.
I'm using osticket v1.10. the circled date below in the template is sending the wrong date.
Do you maybe mean %{ticket.due_date}?
