Displaying custom PHP/HTML forms when selecting Help Topic

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if someone can point me to the correct php file or location in osticket code as to where we can add a custom built page to display below help topic when a certain topic is selected. We are building our own forms and utilizing the osticket API function for data to be inputted into a ticket, but at this current moment the user selects the help topic then a link is provided for them to go to another link off of osticket.
Below is a screenshot of our customer form/ page and we would like to add this page to osticket help topic selection to display when the topic is selected instead of redirecting the user to another page.

My first thought would be to take a look at the include directory under the following folder:

ROOT/Include/Client/Open.inc.php

There is a section in here that looks at adding additional forms/fields to the page dependent on help topic.
I would be adding your custom code near there to get it to add the required fields/calls.
