Issue on my install on changing language for operator

OsTicket v1.10.4 (issue is present also if i upgrade to a new version)
On a new install the issue is not present.

If i go on mine operator profile than i go on preference tab, i select the prefer language the settings is not saved when i save the profile page.

Any suggestion on how i can fix this on my existent install?

are you getting any errors in osTicket, PHP or web server?
Also, try another browser, sometimes cached settings on browser causing an issue.

Ok is an error to fix in the file. I can look at this issue and fix https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/4237

I fixed the php errors but still not working.

Have you Also, try another browser, sometimes cached settings on browser causing an issue, so clear cache.

ramrajone yes is not a browser issue. Is something in the installation but now i resolved the PHP errors still see the settings are not saved. Only operator language preference. The strange things is this issue was present also on upgrading to 1.11 but is not present if i test a new install of 1.11 so i am asking if can be an issue related also to database.

Confirmed is something related to just one user.
If i create a new operator issue is not present. I will try to look into database.

Issue resolved. Created a new profile and deleted the old.
