There is a huge delay in OsTickets even when Fetching is set on every minute. OsTickets create a ticket for every support mail that comes in but sometimes the ticket and mail to the Agent only gets delivered the next day which is not good for out support service.
I am unable to attach an example but the email came in around 6th of Feb 2019 14:40, but the message only come in on OsTickets on the 7th of Feb 2019 07:35.
There are no Time-out set.
Please advise how I can fix this.
