Download the last release and the language pack

Hi, great new website and forum!
I saw a new two version of OsTicket has been released.

The OsTicket website should be updated at the download page.
Version v1.11 is already stable? Where i can find instructions on how upgrade from version v1.10.4?

The Italian language pack on the OsTicket website should be updated too or how to know if is updated for OsTicket v1.11 ?

I'm not entirely sure they are fully released yet.
Or maybe are being prepared to be released.
I assume once they are released your ticketing system will have an update available under Admin / Information section

LewisHackfath thank you for the reply. Will be nice have a feedback in the admin / backend about the installed version and latest version but I don't think this is implemented and supported at the moment. I will monitoring ?

I upgraded from GitHub to version v1.11

All fine, the only issue i found was when i tried to create a ticket as customer. Name, email address and phone field was not visible so user are unable to open the ticket. Solved by going into OsTicket settings and made this field editable from user.

Other strange things is now the admin panel side under settings show i am running version: osTicket (1.8-git)
I expect to see v1.11 and not (1.8-git) ... but is ok.

I discovered the Italian language translation need to be completed. I will try to compile on those days.

1.11 has NOT been released yet. When it is it will be available at http://osticket.com/download

The language packs will be updated after that.

Yesterday, we didn't fully release yet on the website, only on Github. We have released it on the website now though! ?

Also, all language packs were updated for v1.11. If you see any issues, go suggest your corrected translations here:
http://i18n.osticket.com

Unfortunately due to bug or issue i cannot use OsTicket v1.11 at the moment.
I spent different hours on testing and found a bug issue that is too big for me for be able to use the new version. Need wait the fix. I opened a GitHub bug also opened a topic here on the forum.

I really need to find a solution for this.

Also, we have not updated our system to provide the "Update available" tags yet. We are doing that later tonight. ??
