Hi!
I have a problem with a predefined response that contains an attachment.
The problem is that almost never the file attached to the answer is sent and it is not recorded in the ticket history either.
I've run several tests and sometimes send the attached file and it's registered in the ticket history.
I've created another default response with another attached file, but the behavior is the same.
I checked the logs for a mistake, but I didn't find anything.
Any idea?

    if possible can you upgrade osTicket to 1.10.4 and PHP version to 5.6, then try

    I have the same problem. It seems to depend on the team whether the attachment is used. If have tested it on the same ticket with the same user: When the user is the member of a certain team the attachment in the predefined response is used. When he's not a member it doesn't work.
    This seems really strange.
