The ticket system does not take gmail messages

I have a problem with email gmail since the ticket system can not take the messages that arrive in the inbox. Attached details of the installed ticket system version:

Also, are there requirements and configurations on the server where the ticket system is installed?

I'm not real sure what you mean.
You do know that gmail has been up and down since yesterday right? (it's all over the news)
