I would like to know if someone can point me in the right direction. We are attempting to set up a custom form where a user would select the topic and the customer form will load of course, but in the form on one of the questions, we would like to set up a branch or decision tree. For example,
How many phones do you want to replace?
1 or 2
If 1 selected show input fields
elseif 2 selected show table to fil in multiple phone information
