Import User via CSV File

So i'm trying to import all our customers with a .csv file. Unfortunately it is not working. It changes the error all the time too.

So I changed the form and it looks like this:

At the moment i'm getting this error:

I checked an there are for sure no emtpy columns

Any ideas?

Try:
email,name,phone,notes
name@domain.tld,fake user,800-888-1111,test

That is the expected format. Not what you have in your image.
Also you appear to have 5 headers, and 10 data points.
