Random Tickets suddenly stop working.

As the title state, some tickets suddenly stop alwoing to post replies in the thread.

Im runing osticket in a wamp server. Here is an image illustrating the problem.

Also I have no idea what it is you mean by "stop working".

Hi, thx for taking the time to aswer.

I´m runing osticket V1.10.1
apache 2.4.35
php 7.2.10
MySQL 5.7.23
Everything runing via wamp on a Windows 7 Enterprise service pack 1 (I have no control on the SO, so it can not be changed)

by "stop working" I mean what I tried to explain later, in those tickets I suddenly can not post any more replies, as it can be seen in the img, the ticket abruptly ends and the option for posting a new reply just does not exist anymore.

You are running an unsupported version of PHP.

osTicket 1.10.1 (old) fully supports PHP 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and might support early versions of php 7.0.x.
osTicket 1.10.4 should be mostly okay with PHP 7.0, but it does not support PHP 7.1.x+.
osTicket 1.11 (first beta is out now) when it is released will support PHP 7.1.
osTicket 2.0 (future) plans on supporting PHP 7.2.

ntozier so far I have not change the php versión, since there have been more urgent things to do in the workplace, nevertheless when I do it, I´ll come and update on how did it work.
