Hi,
In the email notification sent to agent to inform that a new ticket was opened, ticket number is wrong linking to an old ticket that has no relation with the user that opened the ticket or with the subject. This problem appears randomly.
If i search in the DB table for a tichet from that user i don't find the recently opened ticket.
In the last 2 days i had 2 or 3 occurences on 30 opened tickets.
Any ideas on what is happening ?
