Hello,
I am wanting to use Public and Internal Priorities.
I can see that there is a column in the ticket_priority table for isPublic which is set to 1.
I have created a new priority for tickets on hold due to them requiring development approval but I would like it to be internal only. I have set the value of the isPublic to both 2 and 0 and tested either way with no results.
Is this feature not implemented? or is there a setting that I am missing somewhere?
Additionally we would also like to reverse the order in which priorities are displayed, higher priorities come first, lower priorities come last.
Any help would be much appreciated.
