Hi all,
We found transfer notifications problem in v1.10.4.
We have the following case:
Department 1 --> Father
Department 1 \ Department 2 --> Child
All tickets are open on Department 1:
• A member of department 1 claim the ticket, work on it and after transfer it to Department 2 --> Transfer Notification is not sent to department 2 Members but only to the Manager
• A member of department 1 don’t claim (or assign himself) the ticket but they work on it and after transfer it to Department 2 --> Transfer Notification is sent both to department 2 Members and to the Manager
We don’t understand if this is an expected behavior or a bug?
I think that transfer notification must be sent always to all department members as said in the property:
