When I had set up the osTicket, I had changed the default state:
Value: Resolved State: Open to Closed
Now I would like to change it back:
Value: Resolved State: Closed to Open
Take current tickets value Resolved state to Closed without changing ticket details like date/time or notification to end users. If I do from GUI, the all tickets that are Resolved are going in closed state to open and it changes the ticket date/time if I reclose.
Is this possible to be done via backend? I assume so I just don't know the syntax
