Yesterday i updated the osticket from v1.10.4 to v1.11.0-rc1

after that password reset for clients are not working if the username is wrong it is showing but if the username is exist it not showing anything a blank screen kindly help to fix it out

I would recommend that you restore your DB and site from backup to 1.10.4.

1.11-rc1 is not for production use. It is a Release Candidate with a lot of fixes for it over on git hub.

A blank white screen means that there is a PHP error, you would have to consult your PHP error logs to see what the issue is.

If your handy with SQL you could read through the upgrade streams and reverse the changes to the database.

And restore the old files (by downloading and reinstalling from the download archive) for the version that you were running.

It would be a lot easier and less time consuming if you wiped out the database and started with a new one.
