Hello: I've been using osTicket for several years and recently have been looking to modify aspects of the 1.10.4 version.
By modifying tickets.inc.php in the Staff folder, I'm able to create a column in the open ticket listing to show "Help topics" in the heading (for agents logged in).
I'm also able to show the Help Topic ID for each ticket (topic_id) however still not able to find a way to have the topic itself show instead (ost_help_topic.topic)
I'm pasting snippets of the changes I've made to tickets.inc.php and also a screenshot of the new column.
Does anyone know of a way to have the topic show instead of the topic ID?
