1.11 rc1 Creating tickets with Collaborators

Morning,

We have tried creating a ticket this morning for a user who is a member of an organisation that has a defined collaborator. The user is able to log in OK, and write out the ticket, however, when they click on the "Create Ticket" button, they are shown a HTTP 500 error.

In the apache log we saw this line:

Can anybody offer any suggestion please?

Hi There,

We downgraded php overnight to php5.6, so details for our installation are as follows:

Server Information
osTicket Version v1.11.0-rc1 (e321982) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.25 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.3.9
PHP Version 5.6.39-1+0~20181212060557.8+stretch~1.gbp4260ff

Now, when this user out on site tries to log in, and when clicking on "Create Ticket" she gets a HTTP 500 error, and we see the following lines in the apache2.log

It seems on further testing, this has allowed us to successfully disable the collaboration of the Primary contact. Which in turn has allowed this user to now create her record from her login. - It seems then, that whilst the error generated from PHP 5.6, it still relates to a Collaborated Primary Contact in the organisation

You’re using v1.11-rc1 from the website. Use the latest pull from 1.11.x or develop-next branch from GitHub as this includes latest bug fixes for RC1. Update to this code, restart Apache/NGINX and PHP-FPM (if you’re using it) and retest.
