1.11 rc1 /Php7.0 / Office 365 Email Handling Issues

Hi All,

We have identified some strange issues around email handling when using 1.11rc1 - We are finding that when a user adds a further note to a call, the support technician is not receiving the "New Message Added Alert" in their email.

We are also seeing that "Whilst we've enabled the settings to move all processed emails into a "processed" folder, they don't seem to be at the moment, and are being marked read in the inbox, and copied multiple times to the processed folder.

This seems to occur whether the MTA is set to the Office 365 mailbox, or the PHP option.

It's likely a 1.11-rc1 bug.

Afternoon, just for info, when I did try applying the latest development_tree files, following the upload of the files I was presented with the lines below at the top of every page:

That's due to PHP 7 (which we don't fully support yet; we will fully support up to PHP 7.1 in 1.11 stable release). If you want to use PHP 7 now you'll have to use latest pull from the 1.11.x or develop-next branch, apply pull request #4344, and address a few more warnings/errors that pop up (pull request not finalized yet; why it's not merged yet). Once you do this you should be just fine.
