First i'd like to thanks the dev and all the team behind this amazing project ! Its a great tool so thank you for all the work.
I would like to know if its possible to customize the "client" dashboard. I saw there is option to customize queue but all these seems to only change the queue for the agents not the clients.
Ideally I would like to be able to add a cololum called "from" which indicate the name of the person who created the ticket (it would be useful for organisations) .
It would give something like this :
Is this possible ? Am I missing an option somewhere ? I'm running 1.11RC1
