dashboard details are wrong

in my osticket application dashboard values are showing wrong
total 51 tickets where opened
but in dashboard its showing 40 cases open and 46 cases closed
agent wise

For three agents its showing 10 open cases and 15 closed cases

kindly help me ti figure out the issue

My advice is don't use the dashboard. It only shows historical data, and doesn't show you real time stats.

If you really need reporting I would recommend that you take a look at the Reports Plugin (paid) by @scottro. He sells it at his page software-mods.

this is the error i am getting

kindly help me to sort it out open case is 30 and close case in 35

i am not bothered about service time and all i only want close and open ticket correctly

Whats your time report frame at the top of the page?
Does your account have access to tickets in both departments?
Does your account have the ability to see stats of other agents? (Admin panel -> Agents -> Agents -> your account -> Miscellaneous tab -> Stats.)

It appears that you answered one of three questions asked.

The other two were
Whats your time report frame at the top of the page?
Does your account have access to tickets in both departments?

Of course since you are running 1.11-rc1 all bets are off. You should not be running that in production it is a release candidate for testing purposes. There have been a bunch of fixes for it already and more are coming over on github.

i didn't take the backup of the database

so how can i get the old data's

You cannot.

If your handy with SQL you could read through the upgrade streams and reverse the changes to the database.

And restore the old files (by downloading and reinstalling from the download archive) for the version that you were running.

It would be a lot easier and less time consuming if you wiped out the database and started with a new one.
