We are trying to use the fabulous autocloser plugin, and it is good.
Anyway, we have a little issue, which resolved, will make perfect the plugin.
We receive (assignment) the tickets in a team, so we need to change the plugin's config to choose a user like a robot.
When we choose the user and save the config, the robot come back to ONLY Send as Ticket's assigned...
Do you know how to fix it and allow any user, please?

Sorry i have no idea what you are talking about. But I do know that there is no official autocloser plugin from osTicket. There are a couple from third parties, so I would recommend that you talk to the author of the plugin about their plugin.
