Hi all, hope somebody can help. I have OSTicket setup so any email that comes in to us automatically creates a ticket.
The problem is, our customer's do not receive an auto-response acknowledging that the email/ticket was received.
Here is my setup:
OSTicket 1.10.1
Server: Apache
PHP: 7.1.25
MySQL: 5.6.41
Settings -> Tickets -> Autoresponder -> New Ticket -> Ticket Owner (Checked)
Outgoing email uses SMTP.
Everything else with the system works fine, it is simply the auto-response not happening when a new email is received that automatically creates a ticket.
