hi all,
there is an issue when we download the excel sheet attached from a ticket.
but when we try to download this sheet the file corrupted and to open the excel we have to repair the excel but there is missing data with wrong format.

out running system details is the below,


Are you storing attachments on the filesystem or in the db (default)?
Are you running SELinux?

Also I note that your version of php is not the recommended version 5.6 please consider upgrading to it.

    thanks for your reply
    and about the SElinux it is Disabled
    and the attachment stored in DB mariadb
    and i will upgrade ASAP the PHP version.
