KevinTheJedi Hi Kevin, I work with James. We do see some errors in the apache logs however believe these may be linked to the tickets.php giving a response of 422.

As displayed in the logs theres no issues of 500s or really any further 400s beyond the 422. The fact that the login action commences, and then fails looping back to the login page without giving any further information on the transaction (I've even enabled debug logging in apache and tried again with no further information given)
During the window of having debug enabled the following response codes can be found:-
133 200
4 422
2 404
1 302
And the debug output of the error.log doesn't display anything of insight (no actual errors during the request).
Lastly, the database entry for an attempted login whilst debug logging was enabled:-
"590" "Debug" "User login" "<email> (182) logged in [IP]" "" "IP" "2018-12-19 11:27:05" "2018-12-19 11:27:05"
