Is there a post/thread/forum/wiki that describes how this software is put together? I guess it's my novice PHP programming skills but it seems a bit confusing to know how the different files work together to create different pages. A data/applicaiton directory would be a big help. I was looking for something that was in the 'The hip bone is connected to the leg bone' type of map of how the application works. :

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
