Hi, I need to disable the "reply to ticket" section in the "check ticket status" page access by direct link from autoresponse mail, only browse has to be allowed. Nothing found in configuration. I have to mod the app? Thanks.
If you want Users to not be able to respond to tickets then yes you would have to edit the core source files. I have no idea how you would edit it to achieve this... maybe it is in include/client/view.inc.php or one of the files in include/client/templates?
Thanks for the reply, it's because we want that users have to reply using the mail, also the autologin ticket link is easy to spread in the wild...
Are you using a contemporary version? because my understanding is that the link should only work once.
Using current stable version, i got a link from a ticket thread (generated almost three days ago) and it is still working!
I just checked with the devs and I was wrong. It will continue to work. right now security for it relies on the user not sharing their link with anyone else. They also told me that this is supposed to be changing in v2.0 when we get there.
