Had a long conversation with the hosting support, and have examined the problem more
closely. I had interpreted the problem to be "system wide" and that may be incorrect.
I'd like to start a new thread when I better understand some things. Firstly, I'm ensuring the
filesystem matches the distro for osTicket, extract file_chunk and lighten the db load, get
remote cron working (eliminate autocron), should put in the right place to understand the
error better, and maybe not error out but retry ?
I appreciate your assistance on this.
